Marine Eugene

Marine Eugene was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Farnborough Airport in September 2026. She has a proven track record as a leader of customer-centric organisations operating in complex environments.  Spanning over 25 years, most of her career has been spent in business aviation, having worked for the two largest operators in the segment, NetJets and Flexjet. Throughout her career, she has held senior executive commercial roles focused on leading international market expansion and navigating a variety of business cycles. In 2019, she took on the role of Managing Director for Flexjet in the UK and EMEA, where she was responsible for launching and scaling their new operations on the continent. Prior to joining Farnborough Airport, she broadened her experience on the management board of a regulated European fintech firm, a digital investment manager distributing private market opportunities to sophisticated private investors.
