Jon Bridge

Jon Bridge was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cardiff Airport in November 2025, bringing over 30 years of senior leadership experience across the retail, hospitality and transport sectors. He has held a variety of executive and advisory roles, including Chief Executive of SA Brain & Co, where he successfully led the company through a period of major transformation and the unprecedented challenges following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Since March 2025, Jon has also served in an advisory capacity at board level across the wider Welsh transport sector, contributing strategic insight to support the region’s infrastructure and connectivity.
