Andrew Bell is CEO of Regional & City Airports, a leading UK regional airport operator, which owns Bournemouth, Exeter and Norwich Airports, and operates XLR Executive Jet Centres, the FBO business which has centres at Birmingham, Liverpool, Bournemouth and Exeter Airports.

Andrew is an experienced airport director and senior executive with a track record over 20 years of delivering effective change and rapid improvement in airport efficiency, profitability and investment activity.

He is a passionate advocate for the benefits that the sustainable growth of regional airports can deliver, and the role they can play in innovation to support the future of aviation. He is a chartered accountant having spent the early part of his career at PwC before moving into industry.
