Book your place now for the AirportsUK Airports Security Conference 2026, which will be held at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport Hotel.
Registrations will begin from 10:00, with the main conference starting at 11:00 on Wednesday 16 September, concluding at 13:00 on Thursday 17 September. There will then follow an airports only closed session from 13:00 until 14:30. A dinner in the evening of the first day and networking lunches on both days will also be provided.
This year, the conference agenda will bring together leaders, regulators and policymakers from all across aviation to discuss the major challenges and opportunities as we face an increasingly uncertain world.
We are especially pleased to announce that the Rt Hon Baroness Pauline Neville-Jones will deliver the opening keynote address, setting the stage for two days of high-level discussion and insight. In a career that has seen her blaze a trail for women in security and national defence, she held positions chairing the Joint Intelligence Committee and as minister for security and counter-terrorism, which has given her an unrivalled perspective on geopolitics, security, cyber-threats and emerging technologies. Other sessions during the two-days will include:
- A welcome from the MD of Manchester Airport
- Keynote addresses from DfT and the CAA
- Presentations from the Home Office and the National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO)
- Cyber
- Risk-based oversight
- Security in airport infrastructure design projects
The full agenda will be available here in due course, with new speakers being announced all the time, so make sure you continue to check back here for the latest line-up.
Aviation’s security record is world-leading because the sector continues to innovate and develop in line with the threats we see emerge. This conference presents an unmissable opportunity for practitioners from across the sector to look out over the horizon and see what issues we will need to be addressing in the future.
We are grateful for the support of Airbus Protect, consultants in cybersecurity, safety and sustainability-related services, Dallmeier, the CCTV/IP video technologies company, ICTS UK & Ireland, the global security solutions provider, and Leidos, provider of integrated security technologies, who are headline sponsors for the Airports Security Conference 2026.
