We may collect the following information about you:
- Information you give to us about yourself when you fill-in forms, contact us by telephone, email, post or in person. This includes information you provide when you complete a membership form on behalf of a business; register to attend an event; provide information for inclusion in the AOA’s Directory of Members (see section of the Directory below); and also if you complete an application form, or apply for a job at the AOA, either directly, or via a third party. The information you provide depends on the reason for contacting us, but data may include your name, job title, postal address, date of birth, email address and telephone number, financial and debit/credit card information, personal identification documents, data relating to access or dietary requirements.
- Information we receive from other sources. We work closely with other organisations, such as contractors and analytics providers, and we may receive information about you from them. We may be given your contact details by our primary contact at your organisation, if they think that you would benefit from getting involved with the AOA or benefit from engaging in our activities. The categories of information we receive from these sources may include your name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and phone number, financial and debit card information, personal identification documents, data relating to access or dietary requirements.
- Information we collect about you. AOA collects Cookies when you visit our website, including, but not limited to traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data and the resources that you access, including the Monthly Update and Airport Operator Magazine. During your use of the website we may collect information about your computer for system administration, including where available, your IP address, operating system and browser types. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.
